Time To Put Your Mental Health First

If you have a busy schedule and can't make in person sessions then we provide zoom or phone call sessions which allows you to still be able to put your mental well-being first ! It is super easy and allows us to connect with clients that struggle to make in person sessions!


Benefits:

  • No travel required to get to your appointment so it can help people with a busy schedule 
  •  Online sessions are more flexible and available everyday of the week!
  •  There really isn’t a difference to online therapy compared to in-person so you get to have the same benefits while in the comfort of your own home

WALK N TALK

Walk N Talk allows clients to combine physical movement and psychotherapy together ! It helps to address issues in a way that can be more comfortable and less intimidating than a more clinical setting.

It can help shift "stickiness" and facilitate psychological processing. Being in a more relaxed environment can help the session be more productive and help the therapeutic relationship. 


Benefits: 

  • Exercise helps combat depression, anxiety, insomnia & weight gain 
  • Being in nature helps the nervous systems unwind 
  • Walking can boost endorphins which can reduce stress hormones

OFFICE SESSIONS

If you're struggling with your mental health, we're here to help. Our therapy sessions can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. We'll work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that meets your unique needs.


Benefits: 

  •  Provides a confidential space away from your everyday life, a location that feels neutral can increase your comfort when sharing private information.
  •  A more focused environment with no distractions.
  • For some people, meeting your therapist in person can allow the relationship to build more. It may help clients to relax and warm up to therapy.
